In order to be customer-centric, it is absolutely essential to understand customers. In addition, there are legal requirements that make it increasingly difficult to better understand customers through their data. In this track I would like to compare the use cases of CDP with those of (e.g. Google) Analytics and clarify when which tool can and should be used, where there is overlap and how a first-party data-only strategy can be successfully implemented.
